4.1 Anonymous IDs

We use rotating anonymous IDs that change every 24 hours. These IDs are not linked to your personal information and cannot be used to identify you by third parties.

4.2 No Location Tracking

Bibbly does not use GPS or location services. We only detect proximity through Bluetooth Low Energy, which does not reveal your location or movement patterns.

4.3 Consent-Based Connections

Your profile information is only shared with other users after both parties have explicitly agreed to connect. Until then, profiles are blurred and only show interests, not identities.

4.4 Local-First Storage

Encounter data is stored locally on your device first and only synced to our servers when you have an internet connection. This ensures your data remains under your control.
